• Property Access: By completing this form, you grant our team permission to enter your property for the purpose of performing an annual service on your sprinkler system. We want you to know that we deeply appreciate your trust and will handle your property with the utmost care and respect.
  
  
• Limited Liability: While our team will take every precaution during the annual service, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage found or that may occur during the process. However, please be assured that we will exercise the highest level of diligence to prevent any potential impact on your property. Your satisfaction and the well-being of your sprinkler system is important to us.
  
  
• Repair Notification and Scheduling: Repairs that are needed for your sprinkler system will be included as part of the spring start-up service. However, repairs will not be performed as part of the fall blowout service. If we find any necessary repairs during the fall blowout service, they can be scheduled for the following spring start-up service. This ensures repairs are addressed during the appropriate service period.
  
  
• Annual Service Periods: The annual service for your sprinkler system will be conducted during the following periods: April 15th through June 1st for system start ups and October 1st through November 15th for fall blowouts.  --While we make every effort to perform the service within these time frames, scheduling may be subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.--
  
  
• Payment Agreement: By submitting this form, you are agreeing to pay the fees associated with these services upon completion.
  
  
• Customers responsibility: If you need to be on site to allow access to the shut off/turn on point and/or timer, please let us know in the special instructions part of the form or reach out through one of our contact methods.
